Casa Maia is the smallest of the three houses being a studio with a separate bathroom and a kitchen. It is suitable for a couple, a group of friends or a small family of three people.
The central space consists of a large loft room. As the ceiling is very high a normal person can stand on the loft where there are two single beds convertible into a double. The loft has a window.
